	Deborah Darton, VP Education. I originally joined Toastmasters to improve my confidence whilst public speaking, which was a requiremnt of my occupation at the time.  I gained an immense amount of confidence to the point where I entered the Warriors Roving Reporter Competition, and appeared on national television (you can view the video via the link below).  This was a truly amazing experience that I have Toastmasters to thank for.  After completing the Competent Communicator and Competent Leader Manuals I decided to continue at Toastmasters, not just for the personal growth, but for the fellowship.   Roving Reporter Video
